Our delivery dates and slots are shown in the app at the time of placing your order. You can choose date and slot that is convenient to you. While we try our best to deliver your goods in your chosen time slot, in case where it is not possible due to any reason you can choose to cancel the order by calling at our customer care number or choosing not to take the delivery of your order. If you choose to cancel or not take delivery of the order in such cases you will be refunded full amount for the order paid by you.
We take complete responsibility for our products. If you are not satisfied with the quality of our products, you can return them at the time of delivery. We reserve the right to ascertain the quality of the returned products. Due to perishable nature of the products, we will accept the returns only due to deficiency in quality or delivery (like not delivering on time).
The refund shall be processed only once we receive the returned stock and examine its condition. The amount will be refunded instantly to your wallet in the form of credit which you can use for subsequent purchases. On your request, we can also issue refund to the original mode of payment. Please allow approximately 7 working days for issuing refund to your original mode of payment.
